Trade Advantage Program 

Membership Requirements

  1. Membership is subject to approval by Antique Hardware Supply (AHS).
  2. AHS reserves the right to remove members at its discretion, without prior notice.
  3. Membership is currently available only within the United States.
  4. Use of the Trade Advantage discount for personal purchases is prohibited and considered a violation of program terms.

Trade Advantage Policies
Application Requirements

1.      A completed application with all requested information.

2.      Members are required to make at least one purchase per quarter to maintain eligibility.

a.      Quarterly periods: January 1 – March 31, April 1 – June 30, July 1 – September 30, October 1 – December 31

Trade Advantage Terms of Service

  1.  Members receive a 20%–40% discount on Copper Mountain Hardware products. Custom orders are excluded.
  2. Standard Orders paid by check receive an additional 3% discount. Speak to your rep prior to placing your order.
  3. Return / Exchange / Cancellation refunds are issued as in-store credit only.
    1. Return / Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order shipment.
    2. No restocking fees apply.
    3.  Credit card refunds are not available for Trade Advantage Members.
      1.  We anticipate trade members will make regular purchases and utilize store credit.
  4. Unapproved discount codes may not be used. Unauthorized use may result in fees and/or delays.
  5. Members must be logged into their account to apply discounts.
  6. Free standard shipping is included for orders of $50+ within the continental US. (May require the use of a discount code – this use is approved.)
  7. Expedited requires additional fees.
  8. Misuse of the free shipping code will result in orders defaulting to standard shipping.
  9.  By joining, members agree to be listed on our Designer & Contractor Directory, unless requested.
  10.  Orders over $2,500 may be placed online and held with a valid credit card, but payment must be completed via check, money order, or bill pay.

Discount Adjustment Procedure 
Failure to Purchase Within a Quarter – Members who do not make a qualifying purchase within a quarter will be removed from the program and must reapply to be considered again.

Notification of Policy Changes

If we decide to make material changes to our return and exchange policy, in whole or in part, we will post these changes on our web site. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our web site and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent.
